TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WAR INTEL platform ("Service") operated at warintel.me. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
WAR INTEL is a commercial real-time Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) console providing aggregated open-source intelligence for the Middle East Area of Responsibility. All data is derived from publicly available sources including ADS-B feeds, AIS maritime data, NASA FIRMS thermal imagery, RSS news feeds, and social media intelligence.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service for lawful informational and analytical purposes only. You must not use the Service for:
- Military targeting, weapons guidance, or any kinetic operational planning
- Surveillance or tracking of specific individuals without lawful authority
- Any activity that violates applicable laws, export controls, or international sanctions
- Disseminating AI-generated assessments as verified or authoritative intelligence
- Interference with aviation, maritime, or emergency services
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction of platform data
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorised third parties
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at the rate applicable to your selected plan (Monitor or Operator). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
All data displayed on the Service is aggregated from open-source feeds and processed by AI models. WAR INTEL makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or AI-generated assessment. The Service is provided for informational purposes only. You assume all risk arising from reliance on the Service.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at contact@warintel.me if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Session limits apply per subscription tier.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, AI models, and platform architecture comprising the Service are the exclusive property of WAR INTEL. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription period.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in any activity that we reasonably determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAR INTEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
